Our Process
Once a project has begun, it’s important to us that our customers are informed about what to expect throughout the work process. We start by providing clients with the following documentation:
The complete renovation plan, including the order most work will be completed in and the subcontractors we will be working with.
An itemized list of all material and labor costs.
Copies of floor plans, estimates, and invoices received from our subcontractors.
The anticipated payment schedule for the project.
Our clients can use this information to know what to expect through every step of a project.
Upon completion of the job, the client is given a final balance sheet which details the exact amount spent on labor, materials, and other associated costs, as well as the payments already received and the final balance which is due.
